I moved to California last February to marry a marine (he's stationed in California - from pa like me) and the only time i worked was my time spent in Pennsylvania. We live in a military provided house also. Do I need to file state taxes for Pa or Ca or both?

Since your hubby is legally domiciled in PA and you had no CA income, you only need to file in PA. If either of you work in CA (any work for you and off-duty employment for your hubby) you will have to file CA returns as well for the income earned in CA.

His Unit Tax Advisor can probably assist you in filing any CA returns if needed.
