Hello, I can only answer the acne problem and I will keep it brief. Try increasing your vitamin A intake. This has been shown to reduce the number and severity of blemishes. You can find vitamin A in green leafy vegetables and carrots. This will only HELP. If you are like alot of us, who put our hands on our faces ALOT w/o realising it, or if you are hygienically inadequate these are also factors that would have to controlled. Sorry I can't give advice on the other topic.

Acne should be evaluated to determine how bad it is and what type. The more severe cystalic acne may well need medical attention. The lessor types can be easily treated with products like oxy-10 or it's generic equivalent. Other things to remember is to wash twice daily with an exfolient clenser for your skin type.

About the dog; keep him away from the poop. That's the only way to stp him from eating it. It's a natural thing to them and very dangerous. The dog will get worms and can get very sick. You will want to de-worm the dog and move it away from the poop.

There are many home remedies for acne and some work well for some people with some types of acne. The best, simplest and cheapest is gentle soap and frequent gentle washing. I have also found that it is helpful to bathe or shower and wash your hair and face in the evening and then use lotion on the hands, feet, arms, leg and upper body. I do not know why that helps the acne on my face but I know it helps.
