Most likely the spaceships that will be used in the expansion of the Air Force and Marine Corps operating theater into space.
Also "adaptive camouflage" the stuff seen in Predator and Halo 2
to create "invisible" soldiers.
The military also undoubtedly has a high interest in cybernetics, robotic suits to increase the strength, speed, reaction time, and resistance to projectile weapons for soldiers.
Also nanotechnology, for instance: microscopic robots which could be injected with a shot and travel in the bloodstream and repair wounds from the inside out.
Along with stealth technology for planes, helicopters, tanks, and ships.
However there is no way to tell, but these seem like good advances for the military and they have mentioned them in passing, although usually only expressing interest. Never admitting to be testing them.
One must remember that often military concepts are designed and tested several decades before they actually are put into service.

El Indio pointed out some good technologies the military is and has been working on but they aren't really secret, the government has disclosed information regarding them, of course not the details, but a general idea. The military is also attempting to create a synthetic "black ice" which would cause any person or vehicle without a special coating on their shoes or tires to be unable to travel across it. The military also just unveiled a non-lethal heat-ray weapon, but its not "secret" anymore, otherwise it wouldn't be in the news

If everybody knows about it, then it isn't a military secret is it? Rule of thumb: If you've heard of it, it probably isn't real. Real military secrets stay secret.

Theres also high tech lasers being used on planes, they can identify targets miles away, they can shoot down missiles and even other planes.

We also have a new class of naval warships.
these things are nuclear pwered and bad to mess with

we also have a new missile defense system

In my home planet Xerkos, we can set objects on fire or make them explode through mind-control. We can also make ourselves invisible and unseen when attacking our enemies. We can generate earthquakes, tornados, and hurricanes, and we can change the weather at will.

Your current earth technology is stone-age for us. You need 3,000 more years of research and development.

Probably the one that is taking place now. The instigation of an attack on Iran for not obeying UN policy regarding the enrichment of uranium.

They'll finish it, douse their warheads and to defend the US they would take pot-shots at them for in-sighting an attack.

Well, I can't think of anything else. Everyone is sick of the Iraq situation, so they'll start on Iran next.
