I'm personally grinning from ear to ear knowing that Ward Burton is back on the track. He's got great charisma and attitude! Ward is good for the sport! I think its going to be hard for him to conted for wins, top 5's or even top 10's... Week in and week out I see him finishing consitently in the mid 20's... He's good enough to make that team excel some. I think he may have atleast 1 top 10 in him. We will see tho. Probably @ a restrictor plate track

I like Ward Burton,he has got a great personality and he is intense on the racetrack.That said ,I don't believe his chances are very good to even get a couple top tens ,let alone a win.Still you can't count out an experienced and hungry former daytona 500 winner and it's great to see him and legendary Ricky Rudd back on the track.
P.S. I' m really pulling for James Hyllton to make it into the field. Wouldn't that be cool!

Well Ward was brought in to help bring the team up to be competitive. It will take a little time as they are still learning about each other, however I will say that by the end of the year they competitive, and a couple of top 10s if not a top 5 or two, and the team will Finnish in the top 25 in points.

Although I like Ward Burton, the Morgan-McClure team does not have a starting spot in the 1st 5 races (they finished 39th in the Owners Standings) So unless he can get some good finishes in the 1st 5 races forgot even a good season let alone contend!

I love Ward Burton and Morgan-McClure to death, but they will have a hard time being competitive.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict 2 top 10's, 6 top 15's.
Will finish 22nd in points.

I personally do not think that Ward Burton will contend.I dont think he will do very good in 07 to be honest.Like you said,he might have 1 top 10 in him but thats probably it.Im guessing that he will finish mostly in the mid 20s...sumwhere in there.

He stands a chance at top 10s on short tracks , and restrictor plate tracks.. other than that, that team doesnt have enough money to engineer a car that can contend!
