I mean like if you got really constipated and were trying to "go" could you push your intestines out by accident? I've read about kids getting them sucked out by pool drains so I know it's possible for them to come out there...

It's possible. It's called rectal prolapse. The Sources field includes an article on the subject in Yahoo! Health.

Now, this doesn't mean that when you stand up there are loops and loops of intestines hanging out -- prolapse is usually just an inch or so of material, but it's definitely possible and painful.

I also once saw a truly horrifying picture of a man who had fallen under a merry-go-round's gear mechanism and was crushed by it, causing massive intestinal prolapse. In his case, there WERE loops of intestines hanging out, because the pressure of the merry-go-round had squeezed them out of him.

No, but if you are pushing that hard you can get a hemerrhoid, which is pushing a blood vessel out

Is it possible, yes, but you most likely have hemroid problems.
