My question is How do you forget a man you love? The answer I don't believe you can. So I would say we both are facing problems.

Hey arsenalsalem, i don't believe that you can truly forget someone who you fell in love with. I mean you fell in love for a reason and you can't just wash that away. I agree with someone else who said that love is a two sided street. What kind of problems are you having? I don't know if you wrote any details if so I couldn't read them. Cheer up though..everything will work out. :)

One great way to do so is to release that you have other options.
While I don't avocate turning into a PLAYER, I would like to add that girls are replacable like car parts. When you realize that you can just up and go get another, you will be able to let the one you love go because you have the skills to move on and recover. I'm not a shrink, but I think this is a good starting put. You should probably look into refining your dating skills it will be easier for you to meet new girls as well.

That is a hard question to answer because I still think about my first love and that was at least 6 years ago, but the best thing to do is keep yourself occupied as much as possible, just have fun. Also find some new girl to think about, there are plenty of girls out there.

Your question is not very clear. Do you want to forget her? If you love her it would not make sense to want to forget her unless she does not love you. If that is the case, I will quote something I heard on the 1959 movie BEN-HUR. A man asked Messala, "How do you fight an idea?" Well, I can feel ur prob.Frankly speaking, its really tough dear! Still I ud surely help u out.At first, try to make peace with that girl so that ur relation does not break.If that is not possible, then keep urself very very veeery busy.Yes I mean it dear! First confront the person whom your heart desires, wether by phone, or in person, See if they like you or not. If they don't like you for you then you need to find someone else, and just keep letting yourself know that the person of your desire does not feel the same way and that way you know you have felt about them and find some desireable traits about the new person to help you adjust getting your heart broken mended
