Preparation...
Freeze pies or tarts with unbaked pastry. Store unbaked pie tops or tart shells separated with paper or foil.

Packaging...
Freezer or cling wrap. extra foil or polythene will hold shapes.

Storage (mths)... 4-6

Tips...
Uncooked pastry will cook from the freezer.

Good luck!...._;-)

Sure, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and freeze for no more than 30 days. Be sure to write on the foil what it is and how long to cook.

Well a lot of pot pies come frozen from the store, so i would imagine that you probably could do that successfully. sounds yummy

Yes - you can freeze it. Just don't bake it. When you want to eat it, just put it in the oven straight from the freezer until it is golden brown.

probably not that sanitary. if you want to freeze them, it would probably better if you put something in the pie to preserve it. but i think if you just prepare it and don't cook it until you want it, then you should be fine.
