What does this question have to do with hair? REST, eat right and do things you like to do. As to why you are stressed only you know that. Let go of the stress. Good Luck

Do you have any pets? When I'm stressed out I pet my cat, it's supposed to help release some stress but I think it's just a matter of distracting yourself.

Taking power naps always works. When I'm stressed out from studying or working out I'll take an hour long nap.

I tend to also watch movies when I'm stressed out for no good reason.
Taking a bubble bath, reading a book, taking a walk around the neighborhood. Find some way of relaxing & give yourself some time to be lazy.

High stress levels are not something you want to push yourself to just 'get through' - though this day, through this week, through this month. Ignoring escalating anxiety and stress only leads to bad health and perhaps, total collapse. You can get really sick.

So....

Relax! Take a walk, go for dessert and coffee with friends, take a long drive, read in bed, allow yourself one day in bed, take deep cleansing breaths, ride a bike, nurture your inner self, feed yourself well, kick everyone out of the house so you can have some alone time, find some ducks to feed, remind yourself that your worrying is nonproductive, talk about your fears to someone, take a really good B complex vitamin, double the dose during especially stressful times, search for and relieve yourself on a stress management message board, slowly lower your caffeine intake, talk to your doctor about the anxiety if nothing else works.

Most of all, be good to yourself. Make an appointment with yourself to take care of ONLY yourself for a designated time period as often as possible - one hour a day, one hour a week.....

It is true that you can only do your best if you take care of yourself -first - whenever those feelings arise.

Also, always, always, remember to use a good shampoo and conditioner, rinse thoroughly and style promptly. You'll feel much, much better. lol

Focus on the important things in life, say "to heck" with the rest. Life's not fair, that's a myth, we have to be thankful for the good we have in our lives, the friends and relatives that matter, the things we enjoy. Time is one of the most precious things, spent with those important to you. Do what you have to to survive, but think about what you would like to try to change about your life, and if those things are really worth it.

spend some time alone and meditate figure out wat makes u stressed and wat u can do to stop feelin that way
