most enjoyable way is to listen to music any kind any type its really relaxing or talkin to ur frnds spending time with them outside beth ke gappe mar n approach them if they can help u reduce ur stress in any way take a brk frm normal routine n take out some time for hobbies hope tis helps

nice warm shower, plenty of suds.... then take a nice, long, well-deserved nap ... you are tired .... and stress tires you out more ... so take care of yourself.
