am under hajar stress and need some simple n quick ways.. C'mon guys, help me..

read a book, watch a funny movie. do some exercises, then go to bed early so u can sleep longer and think less of ur stress!!!

most enjoyable way is to listen to music any kind any type its really relaxing or talkin to ur frnds spending time with them outside beth ke gappe mar n approach them if they can help u reduce ur stress in any way take a brk frm normal routine n take out some time for hobbies hope tis helps

nice warm shower, plenty of suds.... then take a nice, long, well-deserved nap ... you are tired .... and stress tires you out more ... so take care of yourself.
