whats worked (at home products), how well did it improve your teeth , how much money did it cost and was it worth it?

Special tooth past which is meant to whiting your teeth in 3 months works for me . And you can get it down in the local supper market , And it does not cost that much more than the normal stuff does,

use crest whitening strips, the premium ones though. its about $30 to $40, your teeth should remain white for at least four months if you drink coffee everyday as i do. I used it 2 weeks before and my wedding, my teeth were sparkling white.

sodium bicarbonate will work marvels but use sparingly ..just a pinch or two will do the job mixed with some little water .
Again some fine ground charcoal with a little water does the job.
Both will hardly cost you anything.
But in both cases do not try it rough as they may damage the enamel of the teeth...use carefully
And see your teeth shine in the dark!

I use toothpaste and mouthwash that claims to whiten your teeth and I brush well which is whitening my teeth.

well this is kinda wrong and disturning but i have heard from sex talk show they have on tv that sperm whitens teeth but unless your gay i wouldn't go for that
