Voice lessons help, just so you know you're using proper technique so that your voice is in the best possible condition for as long as possible.

Then, just keep your eyes and ears open! Audition for singers who are looking for back-up singers. It's not just Mariah Carey who's got a back-up singer; lots of local artists use them too.
