Are you asking what to do for these kittens because they're orphaned? Because otherwise, I'd have to say just let their mother take care of them.
You can get kitten formula and bottles from your vet or from a pet store. They will have to be fed every 2-3 hours, but can be left to sleep through the night. At 4-5 weeks, start adding canned kitten food to their formula. At 5-6 weeks old, introduce them to dry kitten food soaked in their formula and encourage them to eat that (very gradually reducing the amount of formula in the food with each feeding). By the time they are 8 weeks old, they should be able to eat dry kitten food on their own.
Good luck

First make sure that they are always warm. Kitten should never get cold. Watch for any sign that they may have an upper repiratory infection (super common in kittens) including crusty eyes or sneezing. You can start them on dry food between 5 to six weeks. You should give them food especially formulated for kittens until they are six months old. At this stage, they are mainly sleeping. In about a week to to weeks that will change and things may get really wild. They will need more room then to run and play. Look for anywhere that they can get out or trapped in a small place. Keep all loose string, small knick knacks like paper clips, staples, coins, buttons.... anything small... away from their reach completely. They will eat anything and could easily choke. They need lots of attention from you. And when they are tired they need to be let alone so that they can rest. If their rest is regularly interrupted it can hurt their growth. They should be able to use the cat box anytime now. Make sure you use a box that is low enough for them to get in and out of easily.
By the way, how did you get them so young? Kittens should not be away from their mom before at least 6 weeks. If they are orphaned or you took them early then you really ought to call a vet. I have never had cats so young but it seems that they should still be getting milk at this point. Any vet office should give you some advice over the phone for free.

they will be weaned at about 6-7 weeks of age. When they first start eating food it is NOT going to be dry food, you need to start them off on soft cat food. You might even want to get some KMR (kitten milk replacement) to mix in with the food at first to get them interested since they will be attracted to "milk" as that is all they will have eaten up to that point.

Hoping they are still feeding off mum. If so you can begin to offer kitten food when their eyes are open and they are moving around. Make sure they are wormed every 2 weeks untill they are 12 weeks. Add a litter tray to train them this will make them easier to re home. If mum is good she will do the rest hope this helps

anytime now, they will still suck but they will go to the food to. Once that happens you better train them to a litter box or outside because ma won't clean up after them. Isn't nothing better than watching a batch of kittens or puppies playing. More fun than a barrel of monkeys

They need mothers milk or if that is not availble, they need special kitten formula that you get at a pet store. They will need to be fed often. PLEASE, if you cant handle this, call up a cat rescue!
