If you're 5'1" and 100 lbs then your bmi is 18.9

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

So according to that you're at a healthy weight for your height.
I'm guessing that you're pretty young and you'll probably gain a little weight as you get older. Just make sure that you eat healthy food (you don't have to eat more just eat right) so that you get enough vitamins (calcium, vitamin d, a lot of young women have iron deficiency (because they don't eat meat or green leafy veggies). Oh yea, and enjoy being so thin :P

Maybe gain 5 to 10 lbs. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are muscular you could stand to weigh a bit more. It won't hurt your tone. I'd listen to what others say. Usually we can't see ourselves as clearly as others do.
