I overdosed on pills and almost died..the paramedics took me to the hospital even though I was so out of it I appeared to be sleeping. Pain pills make a person's body relax so much they can't keep their eyes open or they appear to be sleeping when really they might be unconcious. Call 911 or drive her to the ER immediately. When you take a lot of pills, they can really hurt your liver or the toxic levels could be so bad that she could die. She needs to get to the hospital to drink something called charchol, that coats your stomach or she will have serious problems. Be brave and call 911..now

I would reccomend seeking some medical attention.

But, as long as she is still breathing and not vomiting or anything like that, then she will most likely be ok.

Also, try and find out what she took and do a little internet research to see what the effects of the pills are. Good luck.

If this is a serious question, call 911 immidiately.

At minimum, contact an adult. You didn't say what kind of pills, but even an over the counter pills can lead to death when taken in sufficient amount. She could be sleeping, or she could be in coma.

At least, somthing was taken in sufficient amount to put her in that state.

what you need to do if someone has taken an overdose of pills, booze or injection is to call your emergency help line. If you are in the states it is 911 if you are in the UK it is 999 ......not sure where you are or what your emergency call number is but call them like RIGHT NOW!!!

Explain to them what she took if bottle is handy and they will send out an ambulance. They may keep you on the line in case she stops breathing to help you perform CPR.

But call your emergency number now!!

Best of luck to you and your sister
