I have always been afraid of the dentist so i don't go. Now my teeth look so bad that I never smile. So does it hurt to get fillings. I also have cavities forming on my front teeth so how could they fill those? Would I have to get veneers in the front?

no not really. You are kinda uncomfortable. I am the biggest baby when it somes to the dentist so i got novicane and had my headphones in. Bring headphones and try to zone out to the music. It should help.

I don't know about how they fill the front teeth, but I have had 2 cavities, and I didn't think they hurt that bad. The shot may hurt.. but it's not too much to worry about. Just think about the end result and how you will be able to smile again.

Fillings dont hurt..its very simple, they dont!
Front teeth can be filled too, a veneer islike a false nail, sticks on, painless.No worries
In u go to the dentist,you'll be happy u did

Noting in the dentist hurts really only getting a tooth out . The only way we would know what filling you need is to see your teeth . And if the dentist is still not sure he or she will have to do a xray on your teeth ,

It doesn't hurt to get fillings.
For the front teeth they will probably put a bonding agent on them so you won't be able to tell the difference.

I would imagine that if you will need lots of work, there may be some pain. If you get one or two done at a time, the only pain I have is from the neddle and it is rather quick.
