is the tattoo already on the body? or will it be a new tattoo? if the body saggs then the tattoo will sag. if the tattoo was already there before the weight loss then it will look deflated and blobby probably.

If you are able to lose the weight slowly, your skin will tighten.
If you lose the weight quickly your skin will sag.
Keep exercising and your skin will be tight in time and your tattoo will regain it's original look or close to it.

*** all things time takes its toll so the tat will look nice but you will not stay 80 pounds for the rest of your adult life and after a wile all things tends to go south not just the birds so by the time you are say 60 it will be at your but crack sorry to bring you the bad news

if you do a lot of exercise to firm up the muscless in your buttocks while losing weight, it may not be as bad (though not great...)
