Who is saved or not is completely up to God and is something between God and the individuals.

Those who believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, died for our sins, was resurrected from the dead on the third day, and is coming back to save (at His Second Coming) will be the ones that are saved. I believe that God is unchanging in His promises and that when He says He will come agan to save repentant sinners He will come again.

If you mean the rapture - those who are blood-bought and have accepted Jesus as their savior. One reason I believe this is 1 Thess. 4:13-15 --- it speaks of the dead ---in Christ---and then we who are alive will also be "caught up." There are many other scriptures, this is just one.
