Eating Fruit, Vegtables and Some foods with Protein in and drinking nothing but water and doing an hour off exercise aday, how Much weight should i lose if i carried this on for a week? PLEASE ANSWER!! THANKS!.x

There's no way to really say from just the info you gave in the question. It depends how much of that food you're eating and when you're eating it. It also depends on your particular body and its metabolism and how it will respond to this. It also depends on what kind of exercise you're doing and how strenuous it is. All of that being said, you should lose a decent little bit if you're significantly decreasing calories consumed and significantly increasing you're exercise(calories burned). It's simple math. Also, you can have about a five pound flux just from water weight at the actual time you weigh yourself so to get an accurate picture of how much you lost you should try to be at about the same level of hydration each time you weigh yourself. But any diet should not be focused on just losing tons of weight in one week. It should be done as a well-balanced, non-extreme procedure for an extended period of time. Good luck!

Well, the heading of your question says everything about the your state of mind. You might try to control the diet intake but simply it won't help, obesity is an mental and hormonal problem rather that physical, very first you should control your lose taking and thinking if your mind is full of anxiety and just want to reduce the weight for fashion motives things won't change i tell you straight forwardly.

first you have to develop the attitude, to control your life and understand the importance of remaining physically fit that you will surly be able to control your.... what so ever of your life.

Anywhere from nothing to 1, to maybe 6 pounds or maybe even more - depends on your body type. The healthy loss should be no more than 2 pounds a wk I'd say....just keep it up and don't get discouraged!! :)
