And most jews, if not all, reject that Jesus is God's son, or the messiah....

are they going to hell? (based on the christianity point of view)

i mean if its by faith that you are saved, and they are lacking in "faith" (of jesus)...than why are they god's chosen people??

is god like a dog? the more you ignore them the harder they try to get you to pet them?

The Jews are still God's chosen people. And most conservative Christians seem to forget that "the time of the gentiles shall end" and "all Israel shall be saved."

The covenant between the Jewish People and God never ended.

Any Christian who denies the continued special connection between the Jewish people and the devine is in danger of losing his o r her own salvation. Remember, "those who bless you Israel will be blessed and those who curse you will be cursed."

Non-Jewish people are being grafted "onto the tree" through Jesus.

The Books of Leviticus, Deuteronomy, Isaiah and Daniel make it quite clear that the Jews are in need of an intercessor and of forgiveness. They are therefore in need of a messiah just as everyone else. Is it reasonable to suggest then that they have some special relationship which overlooks this need?

Jews and Christians fully believe in the word of God at Genesis 22:18 which plainly states that by means of the seed of Abraham, all nations will be able to bless themselves. If people believe that it is by this means that God will benefit all people, and not just Jews, how is it some say that there is a messiah for "this group" and a messiah for "that group?" Is it reasonable to suggest that God sends one messiah for the Gentiles and another one for the Jews?

Acts 10:34-35 teaches that God is not partial but in every nation, the man that works righteousness is acceptable to him. How is it then that this scripture illustrates God's impartiality yet people insist upon teaching that God has a "chosen" nation and this nation does not need to meet any divine standards for God's acceptance?

Galatians 3:16 and 29 teach that Christ is that promised seed of Abraham. Verse 29 says that if you belong to Christ, you ARE Abraham's seed - heirs with reference to a promise. How is it then that some contend being chose by God is based on one's ethnic background - or whether one can trace roots back to Abraham? Are we not then rejecting the very word of God? Are we not rejecting the word of God as found at Romans 2:28-29 where the inspired record makes clear that being a Jew is not dependent upon being one in the flesh?

Or are we perhaps, like some, rejecting not only the messiah but also the inspired record of the Christian Greek Scriptures put in writing by those fleshly Jewish men known to us as Paul, Matthew Levi, John and so on??

The Jews are the chosen people and always will be. Jesus is for the Gentiles. The salvation of the Jews is already covered. Not all Christians believe that. But why listen to a branch of the church that is less than 500 years old. Listen to the ones that are 2000 years old.

The key to the phrase "chosen people," is that they are the people who chose God.

And who still do. Jews today follow God's law as it was revealed to them, and await the coming of the promised Messiah.

If the Christians are correct, and the Messiah has come, the Jews are acting in good faith, doing what they were told, and I would think would be rewarded accordingly.

If the Jews are right - ah, won't the Christians be surprised!

You cannot use the rules of French grammar to correct a mathematics test.

You cannot use the creed of Christianity to judge Jewish faith.

One of the things Jesus taught repeatedly was that we will be judged by what is in our hearts, not by how well we conform to some exterior standard. How many people who attend a Christian church on Sunday actually believe the major credal points of their church (how many even KNOW the major points?) and even more, how many follow them?

The Jews WERE the chosen people.
Matthew 23:37 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent forth to her,—how often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks together under her wings! But you people did not want it. 38 Look! your house is abandoned to you.

Up until about 100 years ago most Christian sects held that the Jews were (as the man Jesus said) no longer God's chosen people. Then in some strange twist, they did a 180, and began to say that the Mosaic covenant was eternal. Unfortunately, the Mosaic covenant was contingent upon their obedience which they clearly did not keep.
That is why Jesus pronounced them abandoned to themselves. The proof of this is the fact that their form of worship was ended in the year 70, when the Romans came and destroyed Jerusalem. Then, with the burning of the great library at Alexandria, it became impossible for all time to re-introduce. Why? Because contained in that library, were the records of the descendants of the true Levites. Without any way to determine who these are, there is no valid way to re-establish the Temple, with the law required offerings, animal sacrifices, and everything else required by the Mosaic law.

Even before Jesus The Christ was Sacrificed the majority of The Nation of Israel (the Jews) did not make it to Paradise... Paradise being where the souls waited for Christ to come to take them to Heaven.... since Jesus The Christ was Sacrificed only those who come to God in The Way He prescribes will enter heaven... that applies to ALL Jews included... as most Jews deny The Way those who do not come to God in The Way He prescribes will be eternaly seperated from God... In the time of The Tribulation 144,000 of the Jews will turn to Christ and become the evangelists who will save many more during that time...

The Jews rejected Christ, so Christ said that in the last days He would give his gospel to the gentiles and the Jews would receive the gospel through the gentiles.

WRONG !! If you are focusing on one religion.

Jew is of only one tribe of Israel, Judah.
Note, some of Levi and Benjamin also.
But mainly Judah.

What about all the other tribes?
