Well Bunnie,

You should use Parvanue Salon Shampoo, Aphogee Shampoo for Relaxed and Damaged Hair, Elastqa QP Intense Conditioner, Ultra Black Conditioner, and add a natural oil to your regimine like rosemary oil, keri-oil , or another because they contain protein the only thing that can be absorbed into the shaft. You should also add a multi-vitamin to you diet as well as distance your perm and coloring (try to use temoprary it will allow you to maintain healthy hair and not over process).

Stop blow drying and air dry hair as well as using a curling iron once a week and avoid the week after your perm. Clean hair utensils and products. Also, buy a clarfying shampoo to prevent build up.

Use Tresemme Antibreakage Shampoo once a week and its separate conditioner. These products are not salon products but they work well to put a layer of protection on the hair and keep it from breaking. Also, trim your ends at the peak of the New Moon approximately 14 days after the Full Moon. I know it sounds kooky but trimming at this time will encourage hair to grow faster BUT will slow growth trimming at the peak of Full Moon. Infusium 23 is a good leave in conditioner/detangler right after you shampoo and Ultra Sheen setting lotion is a great hair lotion for wet setting your hair or wearing your hair smooth (like in a ponytail) best applied wet. A little goes a long way. Put each separately in spray bottles. If you cannot find the Ultra Sheen setting lotion in the beauty supply, google it and you will find a site that sells it.
