Oh, are you meaning the local brainwashing sessions at church? Did you realize that brainwashing techniques and the way church runs are exactly the same? The only good thing about mass is watching the people leave church, just a little less human and definitely less intelligent than when they entered.

It is a property that remains constant regardless of its position in the universe.
All masses have an attractive force between them proportional to the product of their individual mass and inversely proportional to the square of this distance between them.
Masses can take the form of energy when they travel at high enough speeds. And could theoretically pass through or diffract around them as waves of energy.

Good things about Mass:
Jesus is present in the Priest at the moment of consecration in a way that He isn't at any other time.
Jesus is present in the bread and wine.
Because of the special 'presence' of Jesus at this time, it is a good time for you bring a prayer request for healing, for yourself or another, and it has a greater chance of being answered. I saw a woman healed of cancer because of the Mass of Healing.
