well I had a um "feelings" for someone and it was terrible, I couldn't stop!!! It felt like so much more than a crush but I don't know any differences so tell me!

This one's easy. A crush is just a physical and/or emotional response to someone; a fleeting, usually temporary thing.
Contrary to what most people will try to tell you, love is not a feeling you can't control....love requires that you make a decision that you are willing to do whatever you can to make someone's life better. A crush includes no such commitment.

A crush is where you pretty much think of only unrealistic things about the person and what you two can do together. Mostly something where you like them while you dont know them but once you do get to know them, you dont like them as much or not at all.
Love is where you always want to support someone while wanting their support. Mental, emotional, and physical. But you are able to continue loving them if they cant return your feelings or no matter how hard it gets between you two.
both you can have for multiple people.

When you fall deeply in love you will know this yourself it's hard to explain the physical feeling's that you feel as it is like trying explain what the difference is between Coke a Cola & Pepsi they just taste different,

Crush is temporary and Love is immortal. Crush is selfish most of the time as it is towards someone's physical appearance and love is far beyond this coz it connects you with the inner soul of someone.Crush never sacrifice while Love is all about sacrifice. Crush is a timely pleasure and Love is never ending happiness.Crush is short lived and Love never dies.Crush is soon defeated and Love never loses.

If you are young, I guess that would be difficult to figure out. I think you cannot love someone that you don't really know. If there is just a guy that you think is hot, and you are lusting for him, and you get butterflies when you see him,that is more of a crush.
If you are dating or married to someone, and connect with them, know their thoughts and feelings, have things in common, and feel true happiness, and not just butterflies, that is love.
