Chris - If 1 feels unable 2 control car need pull over & stop! That's not safe & will get driver arrested! U must b in control @ all times!

Of course. Don't you? If not, why not? If there is something mechanically wrong with your vehicle, get it fixed. If you need to hone your driving skills, look into classes, but you shouldn't be driving if you don't feel in control.
