what kind of diet should i start and when iam not at school how should i train?

I would recommend not eating fatty foods.....French fries, hamburgers, and NO POP!! and you will do just fine
And on the weekends, go for a long run....you will do great!

it all depends on what events you are going to be competing in. you have to train specifically for each event.
