I mean she sits with me ,hugs me every day we gave each other giftsfor Christmas.We talk on the phone alot.Should I ask her out?

You should ask her out. I "had" that kind of thing many years ago and lost it. It's a long complicated story. My advice to you..ask her out. Remember, "Love takes time"...You deserve to be happy...=)
