Has anyone ever heard of the "Church of the Sidewalk"? I think it is a street ministry?

I am serious. I think it is a ministry of people who go out and preach & celebrate Jesus on the sidewalks - wondering if anyone else has heard of them or experienced them?

I think it's where free style walking originated.
