If he is cheating on her, then more than likely he would cheat on you. A person with a good character would break up with her if he was not happy. There is no reason to cheat on someone. Its not fair to you or the person you are cheating on. My advice would be to find someone that has not cheated.

well he shouldn't be cheating on her and if he has feelings for someone else then he should break up with his girlfriend. If he's cheating on her with you, then you should just wait until he breaks up with her if he's cheating on her with someone else then I wouldn't recomend you to go out with this guy because he would probably do the same to you.
