Well, this could mean that your relationship isn't fully developed yet. I would try and focus on just sitting down and talking or doing cute couple stuff like holding hands or cuddling. Once you've developed that kind of connection with him, then you would feel something more when you kiss him. Good luck.

It really depends on this situation. If you are just first going out and you feel nothing then you probaly don't care about him. If its beena while you're problay used to always being kissed or whatever. No its not bad in any type of way, what really is bad is holding on to something that's just gonna break.
