I just worked a few days at a retail store around Christmas. I have everything I need but their w2 and I know they take a long time to get to me. If it was only $200 do I have to include it in my return?

Yes you need all of your W2 statements to file your return. If your return is being mailed you must include them with the return. If you are filing electronically you need the W2 because you need the employer ID number that is on the W2 for inputting electronically.

If you worked for 5 minutes and were paid for it, you must include it in your income! W2s are not due out until January 31st. You'll just have to wait for them to get it to you.
