Normally, you'd have to have the copies done by a notary, who would then stamp the copies as true and accrate copies.

Note that for many purposes, photocopies are not acceptable; make sure that you can use photocopies in your use.

It has to be copied and stamped by a notary public. You can go to the courthouse and ask the County Clerk to do it.
