Obviously, the boy is really in love with you and you are NOT! Well its difficult to advise you on what really to do. Try to find out, first, if he is the kind of a person who is not too sensetive so as not push him into doing something stupid. You can also try to talk to the nearest person or close friend of his so as to advise him to move on.
If nothing stops him, then you can be more frank than ever before. Tell him plainly and franklly that there is no chance and he should stop it.

Wow - sounds a little stalkerish to me- I would be very careful with this one. You've trying being nice he didn't take the hint. Now you are going to have to tell him very bluntly that you aren't interested. You may also mention that his continued calling is creeping you out a little. I would probably do this on the phone just to avoid contact with him, or, if you do it in person, do so in a public place and have friends close by. He may be harmless, but his behaviour sounds a bit obsessive and you've probably seen enough stories on TV to know that can lead down a dark path. Just break it off clean - no nicities. If he still continues to call, get a block put on his number. If he starts following you around, you may consider restraining order. Good luck, be careful, and I hope you get this resolved soon.

Advise the school counselor. This is a behavorial problem that needs attention by adults, and he needs to be advised by adults that his behavior is inappropriate. He is obviously obsessed and needs a reality check. Expulsion is an excellent attention getter if he doesn't stop.

tell him that you broke up with him becuase nothing happened and give him a second chance if this time nothing happens again then break up with him and have a friend ( boy) pretend to be your boyfriend so that he gets the point that you are with someone else.if that doesn't help just ignore him.

OMG WHEN THAT HAPPENS I GET SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT FIRST HAPPENED IN 5TH GRADE!!! I KICKED HIM! THEN HE GOT MAD BUT HE STILL LIKED ME!! SO HE ASKED ME OUT 7 TIMES! AND I SAID YES, JUST TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE, LIKE YOU DID, AND THEN I BROKE UP WITH HIM! NOW HE IS SO ANNOYING! I WAS 10! IM 14 NOW! HE STILL LIKES ME, BUT HE ISNT AS ANNOYING. because, i told him: '' you know what, im sorry, but i just, dont like you. sorry.'' i said it straight to his face. i was also really afraid, because i didnt want to break his heart. just like you. i had to practice. i practiced saying it clearly, and looking him straight in the eye.it worked. he never stoppped liking me, but at least he stopped calling! hope this working!

why did you lead him on in the first place?
see, you girls do it all the time because you wan to be nice or make him feel like he has a chance.....WHY?
you should have be upfront with him from the get go...now you'll have to break his heart and he will resent you for it

well get your number changed. but depending on how old you are, you can also get a court order for harrassment against him. or when you answer the phone, and you know its him. don't say nuthin, just hang up. you can also call the telephone company and report it. they can have his phone shut off for harrassment

speak with your aunt or guardian and ask that they speak with his mom or dad.
taking any and all action in this stage is better than hoping it will go away...
good luck
