As far as how reality is determined or controlled, please state your belief and explain why you have this belief. Give support and rationale that could be easily understood by anyone, regardless of culture, time, and origin. Pretend that you could use the same answer with an aztec, sumerian, mayan, cherokee indian, greek philosopher, hindu, muslim, christian, atheist, agnostic, or any other type of person. The reason behind this is that we don't determine where and when we will be born. And if we have a strong belief in something, then it should be able to stand up no matter when and where we were born. Please explain in fewer than 8 sentences.

- You might believe a deity controls reality - explain why
- You might believe that nothing controls reality - explain why
- You might believe any number of things - explain why

Nothing controls reality, and you do not have to explain a null position.

Well, as Qui'Gon Jinn said, "Your focus determines your reality." We also know, from quantum physics, that we always get the result that we EXPECT to get (while working with quantum and other things at that particle level). I personally believe in a collective consciousness behind us (how else would our universe have ordered itself the way it did unless we collectively EXPECTED the result we got?), but I don't believe there's some "God(s)/Goddess(es)" up in the sky making things happen.

Group Consciousness controls reality.

The mind is the most intricate and deadly tool we have. If you can change someone's mind on anything you then have the capacity to control. It is why "organized" religion has been so powerful. A crowd has one mind spread over many people. The individual who is separate from the herd can justify any thought or action

well i believe that reality is a matter of perception to each and every individual as each and every individual percieves different things in this lifetime anyway there might be a whole bunch of reasons why things happen in this lifetime although most of them have to do with the choices and decisions that people make for themselves as far as a higherbeing existing or not existing is a totally different thing as i believe it to be totally unknowable one way or the other

I believe reality simply exists out of logical necessity nothing controls it other than logic itself, and it is based on mathematics not magic. That is by far the the simplest explanation.

Reality is created, and controlled in the minds of the individual, and he/she interprets that reality for them selves, and that others can not see, in other words reality is a personal, and controlled interpretation of ones own mind.

Goodness controls nature, because all things are inclined towards goodness. Physical laws are good for us. Chemical laws are good for us. Biological laws are good for us. Psychological laws are good for us.

And don't try to say human beings are insignificant, because then you can still say that nature is good to animals on a whole, bacteria on a whole, evolution on a whole, etc.

A deity. They set in motion what we will believe and what kind of environment we will live in. After that it's all in the eye of the beholder.
