i have a cable which on one side had Audio out and in and on the other side connects to a headphone port but when i connect it to my MP3 Player it plays the music incredibly quietly and you can only hear it when there is no music on (in between tracks) I only have sources CD and TUNER. HELP!!!

They make this thing that works like the tape from a CD Walkman to Ur tape deck except this actually plugs in to Ur head phone out . and it picks up threw any available radio station. It works great they sell them at wall-mart. I had the same problem

the rca jack input of the sony radio are close and they only open when the cd changer is plug in and the radio see the changer
in order to use the aux port of the radio for mp3 or any other audio source you need to remove the cd changer and install the sony audio sensing interface

You need an interface. Try soundlinx or connects2

If you don't have "Aux" input, you're out of luck.
