Like most of these people say, i think you are in the right range. If i had your weight (height included) i would just focus on toning. That could be achieved by lifting weights (free weights are better an can be used a variety of ways). If you just think your body is "soft and pudgy" then maybe your frame could use a slim down but actual weight loss sounds drastic. Choose better sources of nutrition, you can still eat out but go for the salads or the chicken sandwiches (not battered, deep fried). And cut ut sodas. Those are totally unnecessary calories. Even diet sodas which are not good due to the fake sweeteners. the best thing that hes ever worked for me was to cook up boneless skinless chicken tenders, completely plain on like monday night and have them with brown rice for breakfast and lunch..about two tenders with equal parts rice, and at least one vegetable. to feel fuller add another vegetable of a different color. Just a salad or super light meal for dinner. Go to bed slightly earlier so you arent faced with the .... "I just ate dinner... why am i hungry mucnhies?" Drink plenty of water. Water helps your body to process all foods.

As for an excersize plan..here's the easiest I have, not the fastest but good and steady.

Park farther away.
Walk Briskly no matter where you are walking to.
Carry the bags or packages instead of using a basket. (Using your muscles even just to maintain the weight of a jug of milk helps to stretch, and warm up muscles. And when active muscles burn twice as much fat.
Do at least 20 minutes a day of cardio... just a 10 minute walk away from your house will get this accomplished cause now you have to go home but you feel like that wasnt too much cause you;re already on your way home.
On top of the cardio, do at least 20 minutes of weights. and you can use your own body weight for this. Lunges, pushups, pull ups, situps and leg lifts are super for toning all the best areas of the body. Thats five different excersizes..make up a routine of 2 and a half minutes per excersize doing each one. then repeat once. then you're done. Thats forty minutes spent on yourself. make a soundtrack and call it your You time. Get a friend invilved and make it your gossip time. Get several friends involved and call it a party... just keep at it.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. They have a meal plan too to go with it. I feel great..... go to the website and check it all out for yourslelf. People have before and after pics up there too. If you're interested in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site too. email me if you have any problems or anything. Good Luck!

You know you probably don't need to lose 20 pounds, right? That's at the very lowest margin of your BMI. Probably look great losing 10 or at most 15. At 106 you'll be pretty bony, and guys don't go for bony. ANYWAY, since you know all the diet and exercise things, I just have a few more suggestions. Sort of diet related.

Don't have fattening food around the house. Remove temptation - much less likely that you'll buckle and eat the chips or whatever, if they're not there. Have apples or grapes lying around instead.

Walk every day, at least a mile. It's not too hard, and it'll help. Walk fast.

Drink lots of water. It helps fill you up and keeps your appetite under control. HAve a bottle with you all the time.

Avoid eating out. Too much food involved. Too hard not to eat it all.

If you've gotta have a hamburger, do it, but make it a "junior" one and skip the fries. You don't want to totally deprive yourself, there might be a terrible rebound eating binge.

I'm 5'4", and weigh 115 pounds. Sometimes it goes up to 117. That's when I know to cut back on the Fritos! To keep off the weight after you lose it, just keep one eye on your food intake, and one eye on the scale, but don't obsess about it. Just be aware of it, and take steps when the scale starts to creep up. Easier at the beginning than later on.

Have a mid-morning snack (a few crackers or a piece of fruit), and eat a SMALL lunch, like yogurt. NEVER go out to eat lunch! EVER. And forget diet drink "meals." They make you feel like you're starving yourself!

Oh, yes, important! Don't skip breakfast. You'll be starving by lunch! A bowl of cereal with skim milk oughta do it, juice, too. Breakfast helps you keep your mind off eating for half the day!

You can pick and choose from these if any of them appeal to you. They've all worked for me!

you don't need to lose any weight but if you think u need 2 than exercise and eat health drink water not pop NO fast food keep away from sugar and carbs also stay away from fat.when u eat don't eat a lot but don't starve your self.what i am say about that is this if you would normally eat like 2lbs of food in one meal cut back slowly from 2lbs a meal to 1.5 and to 1 and if you still need to cut back you can but slowly cut back on how much you eat.If you slowly cut back you will fell full when you eat lees and won't be feeling hungry. don't forget to get at least 30min of exercise a day and to drink water when you are exercising.you may want to drink sport drinks while exercising.

well, that's about what you are supposed to weigh...
you don't want to get too skinny, cause that looks just as bad as being fat.

I don't like really super skinny girls, because their body lacks curves and a natural healthy look. If i wanted to have a skeleton, I would buy one from a science shop. When you are too skinny, you look like a reformed drug addict, and I have talked to many people about that. most guys agree with me.

I am 5'3, 136 pounds.....i get compliments on my body. People often ask me if I work out.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG!! you have the perfict body. 126 is not a bad weight for your height. if you want to get in shape, then start running, but don't try to lose weight. you are where your are soposed to be for your body. you don't need to lose 20 pounds!!!
