i agree with your first answer and usually losing wieght that fast is unhealthy but not always tell us how you did it so i can say whether i think it would be healthy or not!

Not really, Most of it is probably water weight. You should lose no more than 2 pounds per week to keep from losing muscle mass. You can gain the weight back.

if you are on a diet and you just started the diet then you tend to lose weight really quicly the first week. as long as that was the first time you lost that much weight suddenly and you eat healthy then you should be fine

did you throw up?? did you have a virus??? i tend to lose weight FAST when i'm sick. that's because you either throw it up or poopie it out.
