Man, every morning I wake up with horrible gas. It's never diahrrhea or anything, just gas. All I have before I go to bed is a yogurt and some water, and even throughout the day I usually eat something like soup. I don't know what could cause it?

Sounds like you might be slightly intolerant to lactose. Try eating a different snack at bedtime that isn't dairy and use acidophillis capsules to replace the yogurt and see if this helps. Also be sure you eat enough foods that are high in fiber.

You may actually be eating too much fiber from things like beans and grains. Be sure to drink plenty of water, and stay away from onions, broccoli, kale, leeks and fresh garlic. See if that helps. If you chew gum a lot, you could also be swallowing air. Yogurt is usually ok for even lactose intolerant people, but try switching to soy yogurt and see what happens.

I think you should eat more Fruit, Veg, Meat and carbs. I have a balanced diet and dont have bad gas problems, it might be because your not eating enough of one food group.

God bless..x
