eat 4-6 small healthy meals a day. eat around 1500-1900 cal depending on how much exercise you do. only drink water! if you need a soda limit it to 1 at lunch. ALWAYS eat a healthy breakfast. egg whites are so good and only about 16 cal per egg white.

Exercise daily. Carido 4-6 times a week and weights 3 times a week. Get a trainer if you need one to keep you motivated.

This being said, the heathy amount of weight to lose is about 2 lbs a week so in 4 months you should have lost about 36 lbs. Also the longer you work out the harder it is to lose weight. in the first week you might drop 7 lbs but in the 8th week it might only be a pound a week.

good luck

Side note: do not participate in "diets" or over the counter pills because once you stop you will gain all the weight back plus more.

You lose weight by consuming more energy than you take into your body. There is no other way to lose weight, it is scientifically and medically impossible to do so unless you're considering carving chunks of meat from your skeleton which I really wouldn't advise as if you do this, you'll still have the same metabolic rate and you're bound to put the weight back on. What you need is regular and rigourous excersize. If you can't afford a personal trainer or don't feel like going down that route then simply go to a local atheletics club and sign up for whatever lessons they have going and work, work, work until you've lost the weight and your metabolism is in synch with your diet and daily life. Don't labour under the misconception that this is going to be easy because once you've done all the work of getting up at 530am in order to run for an hour and a half before getting ready to go to work, guess what? You're going to have to keep that rythmn up if you want to stay in shape. The good news is that it becomes addictive and you feel great both on the inside and in terms of your physical appearance and ability to get through each day. Good luck, you're going to need it if you're still asking the question "how do I lose weight?"

This year I finally lost my pregnancy weight. (My baby is now a 2nd grader!) Needless to say the previous 7 years, I tried many things without success. Finally I just got sick of being fat and did it!
The best advise I can give you is Weight Watchers and exercise.
I lost 50 lbs in 5 months. I usually exercise atleast 4xs a week but in the beginning I exercise 5-6xs a week. I usually do 1 hour of cardio and then weights for about 1/2 hour. Stay persistent and know that it can be done! Good luck!

you want to buy this book, it's called The Little Black Dress Diet. Tesco's sell it, it's only about £6. Basically, you can loose a dress size in 10 days.
Just follow the daily plan in there.
When you read the first few days it looks like you're gonna starve yourself, but it's not that bad. And if you feel peckish drink lots of water. It fills you up and also flushes out intoxins so it'll make your skin smooth and pretty. You might get a bit bloated from the water, but it drops by the end of the two weeks, and if you have 4 months, you'll be stunning!
Good Luck!!!

Simple get on a program to help you. I guess you can say I was a test dummy for 2yrs. I tried diet pills, diet programs, eatin certain things, ect. It wasnt until I ran across this one program that I truly got the results I wanted. I lost 20lbs in a month and didint exercise at all. I even tried to see if I can gain the weight back so I stopped being on the program for 2months. I ate out alot and then was eatin very unhealthy things. I believe I gained 5lbs in that 2months. But I was still satisfied cuz it took a month to take off 20lbs but in 2 months of doing wrong I only gained 5lbs. So to me its a great program Well if you want to know more let me know www.khoward.tsfl@yahoo.com

i don't think you can lose that much weight in such a short time, unless you are abandoned on a desert island. however, i will tell you what worked for me and how long it took.

i lost 70 pounds in exactly 6 months. i didn't starve at all... in fact, i ate regular meals but very small and only healthy foods. i gave up all "fake diet" food...and the most important thing i did was start running. yes, it was hard at first, i couldn't run any more than one minute... so i would walk one, run one, walk one and continue this for one hour. i gradually built up to walking for 5 minutes and running for 5. now, for the first time in my life i can run.

as far as food goes, i have a light yogurt smoothie or regular yogurt for breakfast. i drink unsweetened coffee but i do put real cream in it. for lunch i would have a salad with real dressing and some protein... maybe cheese, chicken, something. dinner would be much the same, usually grilled chicken and salad. i almost never eat potatoes or bread or pasta... that was hard but i was losing 4 pounds a week and feeling so good that i decided that it felt better to feel better than to feel fat!

i also make sure i drink at least 3 huge glasses of ice water a day and i never miss exercise. i run about 4 miles a day and lift weights and do yoga...

some people don't have to work at it... but i do. i tried dopey diets that never worked and i couldn't stick to them... this is a way of life for me now.

i wish you success... it is hard but you can do it. you just need to work hard. i actually grew to like exercise. one thing i also have to add is that walking for me was never enough. i heard people say that walking is the best exercise but not for me. i never lost an ounce. you need to sweat and eat much less... some secret huh?

one more tip... i drink blueberry tea, it's herbal, and i do put splenda in it... that is my one non-healthy indulgence. it is nice and sweet and i will drink one after dinner or anytime and it feels like dessert! specifically, i drink True Blueberry by Celestial Seasonings... it is so good, i go through two boxes a week... it is less than $2 a box at Target....

Good luck, keep at it, if an old lady like me can do it... you can.

The number one thing to do is if you drink soda...stop all soda period! An easy way to lose weight and have fun doing it is kickboxing. Not the classes where you all do the same thing at the same time. If you can find a place where it is self-paced, you will find that you yourself will WANT to turn it up and work harder rather than doing the minimal exercise to keep up. Hope it works out. I dropped 70 lbs in one summer by doing this.

in 2-4 months there are two solutions both of which are unhealthy-one of which you can do with a dr's monitoring but the results are not guauranteed to be that fast

liquid diet-check with local hospital for this as most in large metro areas offer a monitored program. you can also switch to same yourslef by buying the product directly from the manufacturer but that will mean that you are not being monitored and its not safe

create you won liquid diet-blend fresh fruit or buy smooties (V8 smoothie splash are good & dont use milk or dairy\

Surgery-byspass or stapling see a Dr

stop eating

pills-over the counter, unregulated; rx barely regulated

I encourage you to take a bit more time to lose this amount of weigh the healthy way-slowly took more than 2 months to gain it :-)

That isn't even safe.
To lose weight, make sure you intake calories with moderation and make sure you get plenty of physical activity every day. As long as you are burning more calories than you take in, the weight will slowly and safely come off. Do not starve yourself!!

first, do a modified fast for 10 days. Alternate fruit juice diluted with 50% water for one meal, next meal drink vegatable broth. The broth should be made with 50% potatoes then carrots and beets. Boil the vegatables and strain the broth, then cool it and that's what you drink, along with as much water as you want. After the 10 day fast your stomache will have shrank then you need to CAUTIOSLY introduce solid food gradually into your diet. While on your fast go on walks and be active.
