I have the same problem! The best way to curb those cravings is to drink alot (ALOT) of water. If you get a sudden craving for food, chug a glass of water. You know that feeling you get after chugging water? Its very filling and the craving is gone. I also think I have an oral fixation, so whenever I'm watching tv, doing homework, etc, I want to snack. So, then I have cucumbers, carrots, or some else healty ready to snack on, and have very few sweets in the house. It helps me!

Did you know that some food cravings/addictions are actually food allergies? Check this out: This has been life changing to me:

Also, another thing is, eat your sweets and carbs in the morning so that you don't binge later on.

Do leg workouts. Did you know that jumping is the best workout? When you work your hips, it tones your butt.
I had a j-lo butt and big thighs about a year ago, and I decided to work out my hips and legs, I'm not really any skinnier or weigh lless, but my butt isn't as big and my thighs don't really touch.

Just force yourself to exercise for a half hour a day. That's all, its not that long. You don't even have to do it all in one time frame, do some in the morning, evening, and at night.

If you do some running right before you eat, for only about a couple minutes, you're less hungry for some reason.
Also, it speeds up your metabolism, so when you do eat, it burns it off quicker.

Eat Carbs 2 hours before exercising, and plenty of water a half hour before exercising, and protein within the first hour after of exercise.

Hope this is some insight

I recently heard this on the radio: when ever you start to have cravings, think and look at the color pink. By looking at the color pink, it helps relieve tension stress, the same kind that causes cravings. You could also try drinking more water, sometimes our bodies crave food when we are actually thirsty. Chewing a piece of gum is a good idea too because it keeps your mouth busy and away from food. Good luck :)

Use a little will power. The average craving lasts under ten minutes so you just need to do something to take your attention off of the craving long enough for it to pass or you could need something, check out the link
