My nose is pretty fat but is wasnt like this until a gaind weight .

Nope,This is original,You might look better with your new nose.Leave your nose alone .You maybe saving money in the long run.It is nothing cheap about messing with facial parts.See what I 'm getting at.Leave it.It came on it's own it will leave.

it might be all in your head.
i dont think that a nose changes size with weight gain.
