I really like this guy but a couple of weeks ago i text him a really nasty text, and it has not been the same. He does not really call anymore and i apologized so many times and told him i would never text a nasty message like that again. Should i just move on or keep letting him know how much i care about him.?

I'm not sure what you mean by "nasty" but if he doesn't want to talk to you as much any more then just give up on him girl. If he really wanted to continue talking to you he would have forgave you the first or second time you apologized. Stop before you freak him out even more. Move on to someone else. You're not going to get anywhere if you stay stuck on this guy.

Send him an email/letter just explaining why you were so nasty and saying that it won't happen again (if it won't) and that you'd really like to be friends with him again, and if he can forgive you then to give you a call. Then leave him alone and try to move on. If he can forgive you then he'll get in touch.

Well if you have apoligized profusely and he still won't accept your apology and get over it than yea I would move on. If he is going to act like this over a text message imagine how much worse he will act over something slightly bigger.
