AR- somebody who wrote a moderately readable book but was lucky enough to win a prize for it. Prize and fame made her think that she knew everything about all the issues in India. Started making a lot of noise regarding things that she neither knew much about nor really cared for. Many of these celebrities have misplaced notions about social activism- she and her ilk are some of them.

Truth is always is bitter for those on the other side. Have the maturity to listen and don't try to thrust your views and beliefs on others, howsoever sacred it might be. One should admire AR as much as Taslima Nasreen.
