I'm looking for things that they don't teach you in P.E.
Either an exercise that is different than you see at the gym, or a different way of performing an old one.

Butt toners---lean against table and pull knee up to belly and foot on table and then carry leg back toward the air behind u
Do this with both legs, tones butt muscles

push ups, mountain climbers, burpees or sprawls,sit ups and crunches! even jumping jacks to warm up!

squats jump squats mountain climbers burpees

they are all good
