For a Congo African Grey (or even a Timneh) that's not in a rescue, from a breeder that is a baby, you will pay quite a bit more than 700 bucks for one. The average price I'm seeing is around 1450.
But, check out Knapptime Rescue in the Detroit area of Michigan. They are a reputable rescue, and while I'm not sure if they have grey's now, you might be able to get put on a list and start volunteering a couple times a month now.
At Preuss Animal House in Lansing, Michigan there are several Grey's for sale, I think there's 4 timnehs and 4-5 Greys. They're all going for the price I quoted above though.

There is a parrot specialty store in my area of MA. I realize that I'm not in Indiana but this store has two really nice Grey's. One of them is about 8 months old and a real sweetheart. It was a toss up when I picked my grey. The other is a little younger and I don't know much about it. You can check out the store on their website, www.crystalparrot.com
The store owner Edna knows a real lot about parrots and has been running her business for 30 years. I would love to see that sweet little bird find a home. Also, 8 months is a good age, still quite young and impressionable yet should start talking within 4 months. Mine is 8 months as well and has just started talking.

you're 13 and also you force? strong for you. heavily, once you've a difficulty parrot who's next to no longer conceivable to bond with, i am going to understand you wanting to promote it. yet.... why purchase a grey of all parrots, who will be merely or perhaps extra intense strung? You did not aspect out why you're promoting him btw. Please evaluate a parakeet or a cockatiel instead of a grey before each and every thing. Then once you imagine you may cope with this variety of parrot, then purchase one from a respected breeder on your area with the help of your community chicken society.
