I know there are places.I am looking for one that is fast free and tells you what you could get back.So far everyone I have used has only showed if I will owe.

Goto www.hrblock.com, you can do your entire tax return for free, you only have to pay when you want to print or e-file

good like a few years ago?and I wonder what those were? there is no Make Work Pay credit if that is what you mean and there is no stimulus the EIC and child tax credits are still in effect unless Congress makes some drastic changes for 2012 your personal exemptions are $3800 x 3, $11400 standard deduction for head of household, $8700, making $20100 non taxable about $1900 is taxable, probably income tax of less than $200, the child tax credit wipes that out and you have some EIC you are eligible for as well as the left over Child tax credit not used earlier

I went to turbotax.com. There you can also fill out your taxes all the way and you don't pay until you efile. Not too badly priced either.
