I have tons of hot cocoa mix and am getting bored with just plain Hot Chocolate all the time. No Marshmallos, I hate them.

Here's the way my kids like their cocoa...

One packet of instant cocoa mix
1 -2 oz. of evaporated milk (you can use fat free or 2% to cut calories)
5 oz. of boiling water
some marshmallows

the milk makes the cocoa a little creamier...if you like a little more chocolate add some Hershey's chocolate syrup...yum!
