I have this friend and we have been friends for 4-5 years and i really really like him.I asked him out like 2 and he told me had a girlfriend, but when i told his friend she said that he told her he doesnt want to ruin the friendship. What do i do! I REALLY REALLY like him!

I have had personal experience like this and everyone is different it isn't any wonder why you like him if he cares enough to not want to ruin what he already has with you, which is a great friendship. hopefully someday his feelings will match yours but you don't want to make him uncomfortable or push him away either. For now you should value your friendship maybe someday he will find out the best relationships start with someone who can be your best friend.

If he dosent want to ruin the friendship, dont push it. Friends are priceless, dont ruin it. You guys seem like you are great friends.
