Yes & no... Mostly yes, because a certain look can carry alot of weight in how you feel about someone, but... Once you get past looks, you still need to confirm that you have shared values & interests, etc. Love at first sight can get you off to a great start in a new relationship, but it has to be backed up by substance for it to truely turn into love & to last.

no...i think there's no such thing as love at 1st sight...wen u 1st saw someone and ur attracted to her, that doesn't mean u love her..its only attraction or maybe infatuation..
let me tell u a little detail i learned from school:
infatuation is a feeling for someone..and it develops fast.. u feel selfish for a person in a way that u want him/her 4 urself only... something like that..and the feeling might not last long...
however...
love is such a strong word and feeling..it is never selfish but selfless..and it develops for a long period of time...and as time goes by, love grows and develops..
so i think there's no such thing as love at first sight...
