i tend to be myself no matter who i'm around. i don't have a problem burbing in front of my bf or guy friends and they seem to think it's hot for some reason. i can out burb most of them and burb words along with my abcs. is it hot or are they just crazy?

Being yourself is not a crime and no your friends are not crazy. Do you feel comfortable with them? Are you embarrassed to walk along side them in public? Being a girly- girl isn't everything burping is natural as passing wind. If a girl does neither of those I would be very afraid.

Its personal taste.
I personally don't like it.
But, a lot of guys feel they can relate and like a girl that doesn't act overly girly. For example I knew a girl a long time ago that could catch any football no matter how long the throw was or how hard. And generally in a perfect tuck - great form. It drove the guys mad, and she was instantly liked by a group of them.

Well seems that you guys are teenagers..if it's the case, it's normal that they think it's hot, teenagers like funny things such as burp language or getting drunk until dropping dead.. If you guys are adults ( 21- and up ) well maybe you should start thinking about what's mature and what is teenagers behaviour.

we like invented the talk as you burp talent, but to say ur ABCs, man your gifted!! maybe you can take it to another level?? like sing the "Star Spangled Banner" at the same time you burp?? or it could become

I think you need to grow up. because after a while, it won't be all the fun any more. . Unless your trying to prove something. but i bet even your bf is getting tired of it. maybe if you show a little more respect for yourself, they would do it also.and more respect for you.

It's burp, and it's gross. They're just your friends, they probably just think it's funny. Most guys don't think a girl who can outburp a guy is hott or sexy in any way... because it's nasty and unfeminine.

uh...burping? maybe they dig it, but it's super crude. if you are into it, and so are they, so be it. YOu are a good fit. Society norms say it's crass and disgusting. But do what you want. Accept the consequences.
