it means passport or birth certificate or something else? need help please!!!!

You need your original birth certificate, your green card, and your nationalization certificate. the certificate verifies that youre from where you say youre from. you also need a couple color photographs.

It means what country are you presently a citizen of. You need to provide evidence, like birth certificate, drivers license, passport, etc.
