London is by far the cheapest place to fly to in Europe. You can get cheap airfares to other cities once you're there, airfare is cheap in Europe. Or you can take the train. Since I am not sure where you are wanting to fly into, I found the cheapest airfare I could for London, and then Paris and Rome, just in case, but those are more expensive. It might also be cheaper to fly on different dates, but it looks like you have your days already set. Book directly with the airline's web page to avoid booking fees. And make sure you get those frequent flyer miles! Have a great time!

I would contact Lufthansa. They have hundreds of destinations all across Europe. You can fly non stop from Los Angeles to Frankfurt, Germany, and then make the connection, pretty much anywhere...

Which part of EU you are headed?
What is the constraint you are defining with Cheapest flight?
If you travel in Jan/Feb with american airline to paris from LAX it would cost around US$400,
but elsewhere it would cost around US $1000.
